By making a reservation at Ofaz Hotel, you agree to comply with our booking policies. All guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

3. House Rules

We strive to maintain a serene environment for all our guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our rooms and event halls (including Shisha). Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

4. Event Hall Usage

Specific terms apply to the use of our event halls, including closing times and additional fees for overtime. Please consult the Hall Packages documentation for full details.

5. Liability

Ofaz Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property. We encourage guests to use the provided in-room safes for valuable items.
